Refund policy

Foldo Pro is a one-time digital license that is delivered and ready to use as soon as you buy it. For that reason, purchases are non-refundable. You can try Foldo for free before deciding.

Try it first, for free

The free version lets you color and personalize up to 10 folders on your own PC, with no time limit. We recommend checking that Foldo works well for you before upgrading to Pro.

When we'll gladly refund you

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You never received your license key and we cannot deliver it.
• Your key cannot be activated due to a problem on our side that we cannot fix.
• Where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

If any of these happens, just write to support@perxal.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Who processes your payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles taxes and invoices. By buying you also accept Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.

Changing computers

The license is for one computer. If you reformat or move to a new PC, no problem: write to us and we'll release your key so you can activate it again.
